To qualify register through AANF and register as a guest at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa for a minimum of 3 nights
(only available until at full AANF room capacity)
 
Resort Guest List Roster and AANF registered guest lists will be compared daily and those who do not register with AANF will not qualify for AANF Convention rate at Resort.
 
Credit card on file will be charged appropriately.

Standard room rate of $135.00 per Night. 'Single/Double Bed'

All Reservations will include: Free Parking, Internet Access, Spa and Fitness Admittance, Biltmore Fashion Park Shuttle, Newspaper and Phone Fees. (Disregard the note on the following page mentioning a $28 service charge). 

"Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa have created a 2 night deposit/14 day cancellation policy for all of our group"

This means when an individual goes online to book a reservation, they will be required to put a deposit of two nights room + tax on their credit card that is refundable only if they cancel 14 days or more before the arrival date of their reservation.
